The question is what are you going to do about it? The so-called leaders of the Jewish-American community are doing nothing except sitting on their hands and hoping no one asks them to actually demand universities protect their Jewish students...Even if a judge in the 9th circuit says its just find and dandy to physically attack Jews as political speech, it doesn't mean you have to accept this ruling.

There were judges in Nazi Germany too who accepted and convoluted the law to provide legal support for Jew-hatred. Remember this clip from Judgement of Nuremberg... law can be used for good or for evil...its up to humanbeings afterall.
